Each item listed is hand made by me. These are one-of-a kind pieces. While I do duplicate items, gemstones are natural so there may be slight variations of colors or shape from the picture listed. This is what makes each piece unique and Original.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
As long as pieces are in stock they will ship in 1-3 business business days. I will send you an email as soon as the item ships. If the item needs to be made, production time will be an extra week depending on the item. I will let you know by email, the estimated time it will take. 

 

HOW WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail flat rate (1-3 business days delivery) with 50$ insurance and tracking included. 

All international orders are shipped via USPS - either First Class (10-14 business days delivery) or Priority (6-10 business days delivery) with tracking. A flat fee of 45$ will be charged and this does not include insurance.  Shipping overages will be refunded when applicable.  International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and value added taxes that may arise.  Please note: All items will be listed as merchandise.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I strive to keep my customers happy. Items are refundable under the following conditions. I will accept authorized returns within 5 days.  Please contact me for a return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Your purchase must be returned in its original condition and packaging before the refund or exchange is processed.  All returns must be insured, as I cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. 

If for some reason you receive a faulty item, I am happy to repair the piece, give you a complete refund, or arrange an exchange. Again please contact me, I am happy to work with you.
